How much can my apartment earn?
It depends on the neighbourhood, floor, view, size, building amenities and season. We do not quote generic figures: we prepare a free, personalised estimate for your apartment.
Short-term or long-term lease?
For a well-located, well-managed apartment, short-term is often more profitable and you keep your dates. A long-term lease gives a fixed income but no flexibility.
Does the apartment need to be furnished?
Yes, short-term rentals are furnished and equipped. If your apartment is empty, we will advise you on what matters most.
What happens if there is damage?
Guests are selected, the apartment is checked after every stay and any incident is reported to you with photos. Airbnb also offers host protection under its own terms; we also recommend suitable home insurance.
Can I get my apartment back whenever I want?
Yes. You block dates in the calendar, for your own stays or permanently. Confirmed bookings are honoured, then the apartment is returned clean and checked.
Does my building allow short-term rentals?
Every building has its own rules. We check them with you before listing and work with the lobby and the house committee.
Who handles cleaning and linen?
Our team, between every stay, with hotel-quality linen and an inspection of the apartment.
How much does it cost?
Our fee is set out in the proposal we give you after the estimate and visit, with no commitment.
